What do you really wear?

I have looked at some very sexy looks so far this fall. These shoes as fun and exciting as they are can’t be everybody’s everyday shoes. So when the shopping has to be done or someone has to be picked up and dropped off at practice there are but a few shoe lines that stand out as fashion and comfort. Robert Clergerie of Paris has been doing it for years and this seasons’s collection might be one of his best!! The shoes are soft suede leather or calf upper on unique bottoms that give fashion comfort a good name. Some designers are into Cruel shoes. Clergerie has empathy for the miles some of you put on each day. Fun yes Cruel No!

Killer Comfort Shoes
December 8, 2008
Nobody ever said that beauty came without price, which is definitely the case with wearing killer heels. From the vast array of exciting designer shoes to choose from, smart women now expect comfort as well as style. Even celebrities as famous as Jodie Foster aren’t immune. “I once wore a pair of high, crystal-encrusted heels to the Oscars,” she recalls. “After I presented my feet were bleeding! I made my way out through the backstage door, got in my limo, and watched the show from home!”
The good news is there are ways to have your shoe and wear it too – without causing too much damage to your feet. Jamie Ahn, owner of New York City’s Acqua Beauty Bar and exclusive Townhouse Spa (which has stars including Fergie as clients), has a few bits of advice:
Kelly Ripa’s first High-Heel-A-Thon in NY’s Central Park
December 8, 2008
July 8th, 2008
TV’s teensy tiny Kelly Ripa is gearing up for the first “Live With Regis and Kelly’s” High Heel-A-Thon to be held Wednesday in New York’s Central Park. Headlines say she’s donning 5-inch heels. That’ll make her at least a foot tall, don’t you think?
Anywho, the 150-yard race will benefit the March of Dimes, with the winner making a quick $25,000. She adds, “Women never wear heels for men. We wear heels for other women. It’s not about you guys.” True. But we sure wish Regis would wear a pair of spiked heels FOR US!!! Stay tuned, perhaps he will!
And GET THIS (if you haven’t already)… Kelly has her own fashion guru waiting in her fitting room to show you WHO she’s wearing!.

What Is Green Yellow Blue Red and White?
That is the most exciting question in years. The Answer is a pair of shoes or a new handbag. Fashionista’s get in line the new Chic, sophisticated fashion colors come from those first graders no one has time to listen too. Remember when life was so easy you just had to make sure you had something to color with, so when you went out to eat the wait was bearable. Those place-mats from the imaginations of children have inspired the designers in this Year’s collections to counter a world of confusion and technical overload through seeking simple answers that excite and styles reminiscent of the creative force behind them natural structure.
Maryjane shoes, ballet flats, sweet sling back flats and overpowering clownish platforms are all the rage. The colors are primary and fun. The thought of bubblegum on the sidewalk used to incite anger from adults now was never so much in style Pink patent is now on the feet as ankle wrap sandal fro Christian Louboutin. Even Our political process is overloaded. All that body language baloney about looking up and to the right or down and to the left it’s the languid paucity of true political insight from this self proclaimed pundits in the media that makes No sense except to themselves. It literally puts the first graders at the front of the line when it comes to fashion accessories and maybe politics too. In this election year don’t forget one thing every four years we get another chance to get it right. As to all those political pundits and their reasoned analogy of why you look up and to the right or down and to the left do they really tell us anything the first graders don’t already know. I say stare them right in the face and just tell them you love Your new shoes and handbag and it’s not politically correct to judge others.

High Heel Boots
Sergio Rossi has a new pull on stretch elastic side gore double buckle knee boot that combines all the style of an Italian designer and that beauty with a comfort flex molded platform bottom on A thick 3″ Stacked heel. We know boots will be big again this year but I like some of these early season looks. We often see some of the best early as designers try to draw us into the next season a little early. The problem is when we go to buy what we want in season so often the sizes are gone and those fresh hot looks are sold out. I recommend this boot as an early buy. If you want comfort and fashion this boot is a winner. I look forward to the other Italian designers for their input on this season’s boot parade. Enjoy Shoes Bill Dowling
